Actions

• Notify — an in-app notification to the CSM, and Slack if connected. It also appears under Workflow notifications on the account's Overview, on the Dashboard (accounts in your filter) and in Today's Focus (your unread ones from the last 7 days), with the workflow's name, the step, a link to the workflow and to its runs, and Mark read.
• Create task — on the account, the Tasks dashboard and Today's Focus.
• Raise signal — respects your per-profile Signal rules.
• Flag account — shows on the Risk dashboard.
• Send email — Draft in CSM mailbox, Needs approval or Just notify, plus Send automatically when the workflow's Auto-send is on (otherwise a proactive email is never sent for you). Guards: at most 1 email per contact every 3 days, quiet hours 20:00–08:00 in the recipient's time zone (held until morning), no two workflows emailing one account within 48 hours (the later one goes to Approvals), and no outreach while a support ticket is open.
• Pause outreach — used by Support Escalation & SLA Breach while a ticket is open.
• Update account field — one of eight bookkeeping fields (playbook status, the four dashboard tags, QBR status, email status, last contact).
• Push to CRM — sends the account to Salesforce. HubSpot is read-only and refuses.

Agents placed in a workflow run for each matching account. The five AI agents do their real work there (note, task or email draft, as above), skip Lost accounts and accounts whose status isn't mapped yet, and never run inside the click of Run now — they're handed to the background. Accounts past the AI budget (25 calls per sweep, 100 per hour) are picked up by a later sweep. Anything already in flight in another workflow is skipped, and open tasks of the same type aren't duplicated across workflows. If the AI service is unavailable, the CSM gets one notification saying the agent couldn't run and how to run it by hand. An Outreach draft with no mailbox connected stays in Clynto as needs review.
