Settings & Admin

Running the workspace

Settings is where a workspace is shaped: who is on the team and what they may do, which tools feed Clynto, how accounts are scored, what the AI costs, and how the workspace itself is kept healthy. Most of this chapter is for admins and owners.

At a glance

  • Settings has five groups: Workspace, Account rules, AI & communication, System and Help & you. Related pages are tabs inside one page (for example Team & access holds Members and Permissions).
  • Permissions adds per-person switches on top of roles — 47 of them.
  • The Company profile now lives on the Workspace page (Settings → Workspace → Workspace details), which has tabs for Overview, Company profile, Our domains, Pages (switch Manager View and RevOps on or off) and Danger zone.
  • System health shows whether every background job is alive.
