The built-in agents (18 shown, 20 in all)

Last updated on

Clynto has 20 built-in agents; the Agents page and Run agent show 18 (Task Creator and Notifier are now action steps, see the note below). The Agents page groups them into sections:

SectionAgents
Health & RiskHealth Analyst (AI), Health Signal Detector, Market Intelligence Scanner (Rules + AI)
GrowthNext Best Action (AI), Expansion Opportunity Finder
RenewalRenewal Brief (AI), Renewal Risk Assessor
Email & CommunicationOutreach Drafter (AI), Inbound Auto-Reply (Rules + AI), Email Send-Off
Generic OpsTask Closer (Rules + AI)
OnboardingKickoff Planner (AI), Onboarding Stage Tracker
ReportingQBR Drafter, Portfolio Digest
Relationship RiskChampion Loss Detector (Rules + AI)
AutomationEscalation / Exception Handler, Playbook Executor

What the upgraded agents do:

  • Health Analyst separates root causes from symptoms, shows the 30/60/90-day trend, compares with peers in the same profile, and ends with a confidence word and a next step.
  • Next Best Action picks from a fixed library of 16 actions, ranked by ARR at risk × likelihood ÷ effort, skips anything already in flight, and names an owner by role. The task leads with why, the first step, the customer contact, the owner and the due date; "How this was ranked" comes last.
  • Renewal Brief has fixed sections: confidence %, top drivers, stakeholder map, value vs goals, commercial position, competitor mentions, next steps and a recommended proposal. A rerun shows only what changed.
  • Outreach Drafter writes two versions you can switch between, never emails the champion while a champion-loss signal is open (it picks the best other contact), and respects the contact frequency limit.
  • Kickoff Planner (new) turns sales notes and documents into a success plan and milestone tasks for a new customer. With too little to go on, it saves "Not enough information" instead.
  • Market Intelligence Scanner (new) reads public news when you turn it on in Settings → Integrations and raises Market event signals.
  • Health Signal Detector is now the first step of the Health Risk workflow, so a live Health Risk workflow raises (or re-confirms) the Health drop signal on every sweep.
  • Expansion Opportunity Finder now also raises an Expansion intent signal (high / medium / low by how strong the evidence is), which adds the small expansion bonus to health.

On the Agents page each agent shows which workflows run it (under its name, and as links when you expand it). Minutes saved / action is your estimate of the person-time one action saves; it only feeds the time-saved totals.

The Approved column shows how often each agent's suggestions are approved and edited (last 30 days); Actions taken is the lifetime count of what the agent actually did — click it to see the list, 25 per page: when, account, the action (with a link to it), workflow, outcome and minutes saved; Time saved is Actions taken × Min/action.

Expand any agent to see its description, How it works, where its result appears, and which of your workflows use it. Unused agents are tagged.

Note

Task Creator and Notifier are no longer agents: use the Create task and Notify action steps. Old workflows that use them keep working. Email Responder was removed — customer email is answered by Inbound Auto-Reply, in the Inbound Email Auto-Reply workflow. Email Send-Off, Portfolio Digest, Market Intelligence Scanner and Task Closer run from their own entry points, not as workflow steps.
