Your first hour in Clynto
Clynto AI is the operating system for your customer-success team: one home for every account, every warning sign and every action your CSMs would otherwise juggle across a CRM, a help desk, a billing tool and a spreadsheet. This chapter gets a new workspace from empty to useful, and shows you where everything lives.

- The left navigation has three groups: Basic, Insights and Workspace.
- Every page keeps its state in the URL, so a copied link opens exactly what you saw.
