The 15 default workflows
Last updated on
Every workspace gets 15 ready-made workflows. They all arrive as Draft — nothing runs until you switch one on. Each splits into three profile branches (High-Touch Enterprise, Usage-Led, Self-Serve / PLG).
| Workflow | Starts when |
|---|---|
| Health Risk | Health score drops below 60. The Health Signal Detector runs first and raises the Health drop signal. |
| Renewal Risk | Renewal Risk Assessor flags an account |
| Renewal Window | Renewal is within 90 days |
| Onboarding Stall | Onboarding Stage Tracker finds a stall |
| Champion Loss | Champion Loss Detector finds the champion left or went quiet |
| Market Intelligence | A Market event signal (funding, layoffs, leadership change, M&A) — live now |
| Expansion Opportunity | Expansion Opportunity Finder finds an opening (and raises an Expansion intent signal) |
| Billing & Payment Risk | A Stripe payment failed |
| Inbound Email Auto-Reply | A customer emails your inbound address |
| QBR Cadence | 90+ days since the last QBR |
| New Customer Kickoff (new) | A new account, created in the last 14 days and still onboarding. Kickoff Planner writes the success plan. |
| Adoption / Usage Drop (new) | A Low product usage signal |
| Support Escalation & SLA Breach (new) | An SLA breach or support escalation; outreach to the account is paused while the ticket is open |
| Cancellation & Churn Save (new) | A canceled subscription or a cancellation email; Renewal Brief runs in "save" mode |
| Engagement Loss (new) | No recent contact, or the champion stopped responding |
None of them ships with an email step set to Send automatically. If you never edited your Health Risk workflow, the Health Signal Detector step was added for you; an edited copy was left alone.
How they work together: inside the renewal window Renewal Risk wins over Health Risk; a renewal brief or QBR from the last 14 days is reused; and open tasks aren't duplicated across workflows.
On the Workflows page, system and custom workflows are cards in the same layout: the status pill, the trigger, how many agents and actions it has, the run button and the on/off switch. Click a card to open it in a popup editor.
