The header shows your workspace name. Search settings at the top of the menu finds any page: press / to jump to it, use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result. Groups fold open and closed and show how many pages they hold. Above each page, a breadcrumb and a one-line description say where you are and what the page is for. On a phone the menu becomes a dropdown.
Workspace modules (Owner and Managers) switch Manager View and RevOps on or off for the whole workspace; off means gone from the menu, the page and Larry. Claude (Owner and Managers) has two switches. Let members connect Claude is off until you turn it on; turning it off later disconnects everyone at once. Allow changes, when off, makes every connection read-only. The page also lists every member's connection, with Disconnect (see "Using Clynto from Claude" in the Larry chapter). There is no Overview page: /settings opens Organization. You only see the pages your role and permissions allow. Every page has its own link (/settings?tab=…) you can share.
Workspace context
Your own reference material for the AI agents, in six sections: Playbooks, Product glossary, Tone guide, Pricing rules, Email closing text (formerly CSM signatures) and Support reference. The closing text is not read by the AI: it is added word for word as the very last text of every email sent from that person's mailbox, after their signature (a disclaimer or P.S., for example). Type text or upload a PDF, Word, .txt or .md file (up to 5 MB); long files are condensed once in the background, and you can edit the short version agents read.
Support reference (it used to be its own Settings page) holds your help-centre page and reference documents: paste a page link and click Fetch (the page is read once, never on each reply), upload a PDF/Word file, or type text. The Inbound Auto-Reply answers customers' how-to questions from it, using the part that matches each question. It is read in full, so it has no short version. Anything you had on the old page was moved here automatically.
| Who reads it | Sections |
|---|---|
| Next Best Action, Renewal Brief, Kickoff Planner, custom task and note agents | Playbooks, pricing rules, glossary |
| Outreach Drafter and Compose email's Write with AI | Tone guide, signature, glossary |
| Inbound Auto-Reply | Tone guide, signature, glossary, pricing rules (it still never auto-sends a pricing email), plus the matching part of your support reference |
| Health Analyst | Glossary |
All the context one agent gets is capped at about 5,000 characters. Leave it empty and agents work exactly as before. The Owner and Managers manage it; anyone can manage their own signature.
Note
The Data security page has moved to the Clynto website, and the separate company-setup page is now the Company profile on Organization. Old links to either land on Organization.
