Sync schedules

Each integration can sync on a schedule: Settings → Integrations → Sync history & schedule. A background job checks every minute and runs whatever is due.

Frequency: Off, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Advanced. For Daily, Weekly and Monthly add one or more entries, each with its own time, time zone and days — for example Monday 9am and Thursday 3pm. Advanced takes raw cron lines for anything else. Every change is audit-logged, and the sync history lists each run with its result.
