Deactivating or deleting the organization

Settings → Organization → Danger zone (Owner only; Managers see the options but are asked to contact the Owner). Two separate actions:

1. Type the organization's exact name to confirm. Every member except the Owner is locked out immediately.
2. For 30 days the Owner sees a Reactivate organization screen at sign-in. One click restores everything.
3. If the window passes, the retention sweep permanently erases the organization's data.

Delete — immediate and permanentCopy Anchor Link

Type the name and tick the confirmation, and every record belonging to the organization — including every member's login — is erased in that request. There is no window and no undo.
