Settings → System info → Audit log (needs audit.view). Every agent action, export, credential reveal, permission change, signal dismissal, rename, date change and destructive action lands here.

Settings → Audit log: every significant action, who took it and when, filterable by date and action (demo data).

Dates: All time, Today, Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, or From and To (both inclusive).
Actor: part of an email or an agent id — @acme.com finds everyone at that domain.
Action: a list built from the actions actually in your log.

The list shows the 200 most recent matches and says so when there are more — narrow the dates to reach the rest. Export CSV (needs audit.export) downloads what the filters describe, up to 10,000 rows, and the export itself is logged.
