Attaching files: insights, charts and PDF changes

Attach files with the paperclip in Larry's message box: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV or text (up to 50 MB each, several at once), or paste an image — at most 3 documents and 4 images per message. Larry keeps them for the whole conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions about the same files, and reads any page of a long PDF when it needs it. Pages that are scanned images have no text Larry can read; the file chip shows how many.
Insights across several files
Ask the way you would ask a colleague: "Match the invoices in the spreadsheet against the price list in the PDF and show me the customers who were under-billed", "Which accounts in the export are missing from the renewal deck?", "Total the order form by product". Larry finds the tables in every file (spreadsheet sheets, tables in PDFs, Word and PowerPoint), then looks up and joins them — names and codes are matched even when case, punctuation or "Inc / Ltd" differ, and close spellings when you ask for it. The totals are computed from the files, not estimated, and Larry tells you how many rows matched and which didn't.
Charts
Ask for a graph ("chart the totals by month", "pie of revenue by region") and the chart appears under the answer: bar, stacked bar, line, area or pie. Hover for exact values; the download icon saves the chart's data as CSV.
Changing a PDF
"In this quote, change the validity date to 30 June and the total to $14,750." Larry edits the text where it stands — same position, size and colour — and keeps the rest of the page as it was. Like every change Larry makes, it first shows you what it will do (Go ahead / Don't do it). The result is saved as a new version (Quote v2.pdf, then v3 …) in the account's Documents tab — the original stays — and Larry's reply links straight to it. For a file you attached in the chat, Larry asks which account it belongs to.
Note
Text is replaced in a standard font close to the original (Helvetica, Times or Courier, bold or italic to match). A change that adds or removes whole sections makes a clean re-typeset copy instead, and Larry says so. If a page can only be edited by covering the old words (rare — e.g. text inside an embedded form), Larry tells you the old words could still be selected.
Larry's document memory
Upload a contract, order form, onboarding plan or meeting notes to an account's Documents tab, and Larry reads it in the background so you can ask about it later: "When…
