Larry and email
Last updated on
Larry drafts email; it doesn't decide whether it goes. A draft is written into the sending mailbox, and on almost every workspace a person still sends it.
Note
A draft Larry writes goes straight into the CSM's mailbox Drafts (or Email drafts, marked needs review, if no mailbox is connected) — it is never sent for you. See "Email Send-Off" in the Studio chapter.
