Edit a document, and your house style
Last updated on
Studio → Edit a document takes a PDF or Word file you already have — a contract from a customer, last year's proposal — and turns it into an editable Studio document in your house style: headings and sections you can rewrite, names you can fix in one go, signature blocks, and a fresh PDF. The original layout isn't kept (to change a few words in a PDF and keep its exact look, attach it to Larry and ask for the change instead). A scanned PDF has no text to convert; upload the original Word file instead.
House style (the button at the top of Studio) is your organisation's look for every Studio document: logo, colours, fonts, page layout and letterhead. Change it once and every new document and PDF follows it.
