Analyse files: insights, charts and PDF changes from your files

Studio → Analyse files is a workspace for questions about documents you upload — no account needed. Click New analysis, drop in up to 20 files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV or text, 50 MB each), and ask.
- Insights across files — matching and lookups between files (an invoice list against a price sheet, a CRM export against a contract), what's missing on either side, totals by customer, product or month. Numbers are computed from the files' tables, not estimated.
- Charts — ask for a bar, stacked bar, line, area or pie chart; it appears in the answer, with its data downloadable as CSV.
- PDF changes — "change the date to … and the amount to …" gives a new version (v2, v3 …) with the same look. Pick an account in Save changed PDFs to and each new version is also filed in that account's Documents, with a link in the answer; without an account it stays in the analysis (download it, or save it to an account later from the file list).
- Make a Studio report — turns the answers and charts so far into a Studio Report draft in your house style: an executive summary, sections and the same charts, ready to edit, sign and send. With an account picked it is that account's report; without one, a portfolio report. Its numbers come only from the answers, and Generate again rebuilds it from the analysis as it is then.
Answers are worked out in the background, so you can keep working; the page fills in when they're ready. Analyses are private to you. Deleting one removes its uploaded files; copies already saved to an account's Documents stay.
