Renaming an account. Use the pencil beside the name on the account page (Owner or Manager). Imports write whatever the spreadsheet said, so a typo or an ALL-CAPS legal name doesn't have to be permanent. Every rename is audit-logged with the previous name.
Avatars. Upload a photo in your Profile, or pick one of nine generated colour avatars. It appears everywhere your name does. People without a photo get their initials on a colour derived from their name, so the same person is always the same colour.
Company logos come from each account's domain, falling back to initials on a colour derived from the name.
