The History tab

History is one newest-first timeline of everything that happened to an account, grouped by year and month. Nothing is copied to build it: it reads straight from the records Clynto already keeps, so it is always complete.

It brings together:

• Health changes, with the old and new score.
• Signals raised, resolved (including automatic closes) and dismissed, escalations, and signal follow-through decisions (with the numbers before → after).
• Status changes between Active and Lost.
• Journey moves on each track, and renewal date changes.
• Billing movements: new, expansion, contraction and lost ARR, and Stripe subscriptions started or cancelled.
• Approvals proposed, approved or dismissed, and actions agents took.
• Tasks created and completed (and "close the task?" answers, with the evidence), documents uploaded, and profile edits (CSM, name, ARR, profile).

Filter by any of these types. Each entry links to where you can act on it (the Signals dashboard, Tasks, the Approvals history or the Documents tab). Use Load more to go further back.
