Onboarding milestones

While an account is onboarding, Clynto tracks its milestones in four steps: Kickoff → Integration setup → First value → Go live. Each step has a checklist.

Ticks come from three places:

  • By hand — the CSM ticks a box.
  • A pasted email — paste a customer email and the AI reads which milestones it confirms, with a confidence.
  • Inbound email — customer emails sent to your workspace's inbound address are read the same way.

Milestone completion feeds the Onboarding part of the health score, and the Onboarding dashboard shows every account still getting live.

Warning

An account that sits in the same onboarding step for 14 days is flagged as stalled. The Onboarding Stage Tracker agent raises the signal, and it closes itself once the account moves on.

Setting tracks, holds and Recompute tracks

An open Early credit exhaustion or Credits over allowance signal moves Expansion from None to Identified on its own.

There are two ways an account ends up churned, and both end in the same place.
