Agent signals close themselves
Last updated on
Signals raised by agents don't wait for a person to close them. Every recompute re-checks each open agent signal before the score is calculated:
- Re-check. The condition behind the signal is tested again with the same rule that raised it — the health drop, the renewal risk, the onboarding stall. If it has cleared, the signal is resolved.
- Re-confirm. If the condition still holds, the signal is stamped as re-confirmed.
- Expire. A signal with no automatic check (champion loss, custom workflow signals) closes after 14 days if nothing re-confirms it. An inbound-email escalation closes when its ticket is resolved, or after 14 days with no new escalation email. Market events close after 30 days.
Signals a person flagged (Flag a risk) and Cancellation intent are never closed automatically.
Note
A health-drop signal is judged on the score without its own penalty. Before, a signal raised at 55 kept the score below the line that raised it, so it could never clear. Auto-closed signals show in the account's History with the reason in plain words.
If the problem comes back, the agent raises a fresh signal as normal.
